Inledande telefonsamtal – kostnadsfritt. Här går vi igenom om jag alls är rätt person för uppdraget, både för dess innehåll/frågeställning, och för dig som person.
Samtal / konsultation/ coaching mm à 60 min – Privatperson 1350 kr, momsfritt om hälso- och sjukvård. Annars tillkommer moms 25%.
En hel 60-minuterstimme ger gott om tid för reflektion, infall och process.
CEO-stöd / organisationspsykologi à 60 min – 2700 kr + moms.
Neuropsykologiskt utredningsblock, 2 x 45 min (kvarts paus emellan) – 6600 kr, momsfritt om hälso- och sjukvård, momsbelagt om annan frågeställning.
En komplett utredning med neuropsykologiska testinstrument och skriftligt utlåtande som kan användas av läkare, myndigheter etc, landar nånstans kring 33 000 kr (fem tillfällen). I tid handlar det om ca 10 timmar (inklusive paus) av träffar, några irl (vi möts) och andra över telefon eller online. Personlig återkoppling är inkluderad vid sista tillfället då vi går igenom utlåtandet tillsammans.
Den typiska utredningen:

I vissa fall kan utredningen bli kortare, i andra fall kan den bli ganska mycket längre. Det beror helt på frågeställning.
Uppföljningssamtal efter en tid / implementeringsmöte à 60 min – 1350 kr, momsfritt om hälso- och sjukvård.
Efter en utredning är det ibland mycket verksamt att man efter en tid träffas, möjligen med nätverket, och följer upp vad som har fungerat och vad man behöver finslipa.
Intygsskrivning
Enkla intyg, eller intyg/utlåtande på neuropsykologisk utredning enligt ovan – utan kostnad.
Komplexa intyg / journalsammanställning från andra vårdenheter / intyg till myndighet / etc – 1350 kr/skrivtimme
Intelligenstestning, IQ (WAIS)
Ca 20 000 kr, beroende på hur snabbt man kan och vill ta sig igenom det. Titta gärna under egen rubrik i menyn. Man kan gå till väga på lite olika sätt.
Moms tillkommer om det inte är inom ramen för hälso- och sjukvård.

Kostnaden övermäktig?
Det kan vara tufft att betala allting privat. Se om du kan få, helt eller delvis, utredning eller behandling betald av arbetsgivare, kommun, sjukvård, försäkringsbolag eller liknande. Eller starta en GoFundMe-insamling / GivaSverige. Inte så typiskt svenskt, men görs alltmer för en rad olika ändamål, bla vård.
Jag har valt att inte ansluta mig till någon vård-kedja eller Region med vårdavtal eftersom jag helt själv vill styra hur arbetet skall läggas upp, helt skräddarsytt till min patient/klient. Jag är inte mycket för quick fixes som medför stress för patienten och som i min erfarenhet mest river upp och ger fler frågetecken än svar. En noggrann och personligt utformad kartläggning under lugna förhållanden och med klara direktiv för implementering är ofta vad som krävs, liksom utrymme för patienten/klienten att reflektera kring och integrera det som kommer fram. Kvalitet utan stress är den bästa insatsen i längden.

60-minute consultation / treatment / coaching – € 135 / $ 135 (invoice), no value added tax (VAT) if health care. VAT 25% for coaching.
In my experience, a full 60-minute session is generally calmer and allows for better reflection and processing.
Neuropsychological Assessment Block 2 x 45 minutes (15 min break) – € 660 / $ 660
Typically such an assessment will take 10 hrs of appointments, spread out over time and modalities (we meet for some tasks, and talk on the phone or online for other tasks). The evaluation will result in a report that can be used in the medical or tax-funded/community world. Personal feedback is included in the last session when we go through the report together. The fee would amount to € 3 300 / $ 3 300.
Typically like this:

Some evaluations don’t need all five blocks, while some might need even more. It all depends on the referral question/s.
For international clients, there is usually no Value-added tax (VAT).
Pre-payment may however apply (invoice, IBAN, and BIC codes available).
60-minute follow-up / implementation meeting – € 135 / $ 135
After an assessment, an implementation meeting with the client/network (social or official) can be beneficial, or even crucial.
Medical/Neuropsychological Certificate, admin time – € 135 / $ 135 per hour
Unless I do the neuropsych evaluation, then it’s included as listed above.
Is the cost overwhelming?
It might be tough to pay for everything out of your own pocket. See if you can get, in whole or in part, an assessment or a series of treatment sessions paid for by an employer, municipality, healthcare, insurance company, or similar. Or start a GoFundMe / JustGiving fundraiser. Increasingly being done for a number of different purposes, including healthcare.
I have chosen not to join any Care Business or County Care Contract because I want to control precisely how the work is to be set up, tailored to my specific patient/client. I am not much for quick fixes that cause stress for the patient and which in my experience mostly disrupt and produce more questions than answers. An accurate and individually tailored mapping under calm conditions and with clear implementation directives is often required and the space for the patient/client to reflect on and integrate what emerges. Quality without stress is the best bet in the long run.
